The Cleveland ISD Board of Trustees will hold a regular School Board Meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 pm

Fiestas de Navidad en los Salones – Información y Registro para Familias – viernes, 19 de diciembre

Queridas familias de Pine Burr,

Cleveland ISD tendrá salida temprana a las 2:20 p.m. el viernes 19 de diciembre. Aunque es un día especial, la instrucción y el aprendizaje seguirán siendo una prioridad. Por favor lean la siguiente información para que nuestra celebración sea segura, organizada y agradable para nuestros estudiantes.

🎉 Cada clase tendrá una celebración de 30 minutos:

•PK–1.er grado: 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
•2.º–5.º grado: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Este horario nos ayuda a proteger el tiempo de enseñanza y mantener el día funcionando sin interrupciones.

🧁 Bocadillos/Meriendas Permitidos (Solo comprados en la tienda)

Si desea enviar algo para la fiesta, por favor recuerde:
✔️ Solo artículos comprados en la tienda
✔️ Se permiten: cupcakes, galletas, papitas y juguitos
🚫 No se permiten comidas, como:
•Pizza
•Comida rápida (McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, etc.)
•Comida caliente (tamales, pollo, arroz, hot dogs, etc.)
•Cualquier comida que necesite calentarse o utensilios

Esta medida ayuda a los maestros a limpiar y preparar sus salones para cuando los estudiantes regresen en enero.
Nota: La oficina no aceptará comidas completas.

👗 Recordatorio del Código de Vestimenta para Visitantes

Para mantener un ambiente seguro y respetuoso para todos los niños, por favor asegúrese de que su vestimenta cumpla con las siguientes reglas:
✔️ Los hombros, el abdomen y el pecho deben estar cubiertos
✔️ Los shorts, faldas o vestidos deben tener un largo apropiado
✔️ La ropa interior no debe ser visible
✔️ Su ropa no debe mostrar:
•Groserías o lenguaje ofensivo
•Logos de drogas, alcohol o tabaco
•Imágenes violentas u ofensivas
•Contenido inapropiado o sugestivo

Los visitantes que no cumplan con el código de vestimenta podrán ser invitados a ajustarse la ropa o puede que no se les permita entrar a los salones.

👨‍👩‍👧 Guías de Seguridad y Visitas

Para mantener la seguridad y evitar el sobrecupo:
Todos los visitantes deben pre-registrarse usando el formulario:
✔️ La pre-registración permite una entrada más rápida el día del evento.

✔️Los visitantes que no se registren con anticipación deberán pasar por el proceso regular de Raptor, lo cual puede tardar más.
✔️La registración cierra el miércoles 17 de diciembre a las 5:00 p.m.
✔️No se permiten niños en edad escolar en las fiestas (incluyendo estudiantes ausentes de su propia escuela, dentro o fuera de Cleveland ISD).
✔️Los estudiantes de PK–1.er grado permanecerán en sus salones y NO acompañarán a sus padres a las fiestas de los grados mayores. Esto ayuda a evitar el sobrecupo y garantiza espacio suficiente en los salones.
✔️Sin identificación física, no habrá entrada al edificio. No aceptaremos fotos de identificaciones.

🚘 Opción de Salida Temprana

Las familias pueden recoger a sus hijos directamente del salón a la 1:00 p.m.
Los estudiantes que no sean recogidos saldrán a las 2:20 p.m. durante la salida temprana.

PBE Classroom Holiday Parties – Parent Information & Registration

Dear Pine Burr Families,

Cleveland ISD will have early release at 2:20 p.m. on Friday, December 19. Even on this special day, instruction and learning will remain a priority. Please read the important information below so we can have a safe, organized, and enjoyable celebration for our students.

Each class will have a short, 30-minute celebration:
•PK–1st Grade: 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
•2nd–5th Grade: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
This schedule helps us protect learning time and keep the day running smoothly.

🧁 Snacks Allowed (Store-Bought Only)

If you would like to send something for the party, please remember:
✔️ Store-bought snacks only
✔️ Allowed snacks include: cupcakes, cookies, chips, and juice pouches
🚫 No meals — This includes items such as:
•Pizza
•Fast food (McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, etc.)
•Hot food (tamales, chicken, rice, hot dogs, etc.)
•Anything that requires reheating or utensils

Keeping snacks simple helps teachers clean their rooms and get them ready for when students return in January. Please note: The front office will not accept meal-type items.

👗 Parent Dress Code Reminder

To ensure a respectful and safe environment for all children, please make sure your clothing follows these guidelines:
✔️ Shoulders, midriff, and chest areas must be covered
✔️ Shorts, skirts, or dresses should be an appropriate length
✔️ Undergarments should not be visible
✔️ Clothing must not display:
•Profanity
•Drugs, alcohol, or tobacco logos
•Violence or offensive images
•Inappropriate or suggestive content

Visitors who do not meet dress code expectations may be asked to adjust or may not be allowed to enter the classroom areas.

Visitor & Safety Guidelines

To ensure safety and avoid overcrowding:

•Visitors who do not register in advance will check in through the regular Raptor system, which may take longer.
•Registration closes Wednesday, December 17 at 5:00 p.m.
•No school-aged children are allowed to attend the parties (including children absent from their own school inside or outside Cleveland ISD).
•PK–1st grade students will stay in their classrooms and will NOT join parents in upper-grade celebrations. This helps prevent overcrowding and ensures space in classrooms for visiting families.
•No physical ID equals no entrance to the building. We will not be accepting pictures of people's IDs.

Early Check-Out Option
Families may check out their child from the classroom at 1:00 p.m.
Students who remain on campus will be dismissed at 2:20 p.m. during early release.
